Parenting is a joy, but it can also be tough and exhausting. It’s more fun to give and get support along the way.

Welcome to SoVa Parents, a resource dedicated to parents in the heart of Southern Virginia: moms, dads and all types of caretakers.

This project sprang from a desire to connect local families into community so they can support one another by sharing ideas, advice, and recommendations for fun things to do.
